We manage projects across all task areas.

Our Project Managers (PMs) report to a Project Management Office (PMO) that is responsible to CHTG executives. The PMO maintains our responsiveness at every management level, without diluting our abilities to manage projects across the task areas.

PMs manage day-to-day achievements, while the PMO supports them with processes for quality, risk management, communications, reporting and other management tools.

CHTG’s PMO has three distinct functions:

  • Ensure the integration and information transparency across all tasks.
  • Support the task managers with management tools and methodology.
  • Pursue new business opportunities for the contract vehicle.

CHTG believes that these functions are equally important, as the ability to meet performance goals drives the ability of the the ability of the team to win new business.
